Product Fees for Customers of CFN Media are assessed monthly. Customer agrees to be billed a monthly fee of $80.94 for Twitter Instant Cash Home Business Online Tutorial Program. Customer expressly agrees and states as follows:
“I UNDERSTAND I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.”
Trial Period and Billing
By agreeing to the terms of the Agreement, Customer automatically receives 2-day trial to the Program from order date. Customer has 2 days to try the Program and decide whether to accept the Program full-time. Prior to the expiration of the 2-day trial period, Customer may cancel its subscription by calling 1(888) 522-0797 M-F, 9am-9pm Eastern Time. Should Customer fail to cancel its subscription, its Subscription with CFN Media will become active and Customer will be billed $80.94 on the 9th day after its trial begins and every month thereafter.
Customer also agrees to monthly billing. Customer expressly agrees to honor all charges and fees due. I also agree to the 14 day bonus trial to Super Savers Plus for $19.95 each month thereafter, should I choose not to cancel.
Total monthly cost: $80.94 + $19.95 = $100.89
Our Remark:
Read the Terms carefully. You have 2 days (yes, 2 days!) to cancel the “free trial”. After that, you will be charged $80.94. Oh, you also agreed to pay $19.95 for something called “Super Savers Plus”.
